Continuous Monitoring

Real-Time Precision Monitoring

Continuous visibility into your compressed air system from my own power, pressure, and flow logging, measured against the plant's best CFM per kW. Not a one-day snapshot, a measured record of real operational demand.

When this helps

Savings that fade after a project, or a system nobody sees between audits.

What you receive

Continuous logging of power, pressure and flow, and my review of kW per 100 CFM and efficiency gaps as they appear in the data.

What the service covers

01

Edge ingestion

Hardened industrial gateways interface directly with compressor controls and flow meters, sampling critical signals on a sub-second cadence.

02

Telemetry pipeline

Data streams are normalized in real time, applying pressure-drop and specific-power calculations as the readings arrive.

03

Diagnostic interface

I review the processed readings and report efficiency gaps and kW per 100 CFM deviations as they appear in the data.

What happens after you ask

  1. You send a short request.

Your name, work email, company, and a few lines about the system and the problem. Nothing else is needed to start.

  2. I reply directly.

Expect a direct reply from Peak kW within one business day.

  3. We agree the scope in writing.

We go through your equipment, shifts, pressure needs and electricity bills. You receive a proposal that sets the measurement boundary, deliverables, fee, site access and schedule before any work begins.

  4. I measure your system.

My loggers record power, pressure and flow across a representative operating cycle agreed in the scope.

  5. You receive the findings and we review them together.

A prioritized action list with estimated savings, the assumptions behind every figure, and a proposed way to verify the results.

Before the first call

Next step

Have your compressor control and flow-meter signal list ready so we can scope the gateway connections before installation.
