Privacy Policy

Peak kW treats your facility data as confidential customer data, not a product we resell. We collect only what we need to perform an assessment, monitor a system, or respond to an inquiry.

What we collect

Contact details you provide, and the operational and facility data required to deliver assessments and monitoring. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for their own marketing.

Website hosting and inquiries

Our hosting and application providers process the information needed to deliver the website and route your inquiry, including technical request information and the contact details you submit. We use your inquiry to respond and discuss the requested services.

Spam protection

The contact form and the facility questionnaire (including saving a shared draft) use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate inquiries from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and request information for this check. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for information about its processing. You can also contact us by phone or email.

The facility questionnaire, in this browser

Your answers to the optional facility questionnaire are kept in this browser only, and are not sent to us until you save a shared draft to continue on another device or submit. Starting over clears them from this browser.

The contact form's hand-off to the questionnaire

After a confirmed inquiry, this browser tab can keep your name, email, company, phone and facility location so the optional questionnaire can prefill them. It is read once and then deleted, and "Send another request" clears it as well.

Private links

A private questionnaire link lets anyone who has it open that questionnaire and add photos, until it expires or you revoke it. A shared draft's private link expires 7 days after you create it; a submitted questionnaire's photo link expires 14 days after submission. While you use a private link, this browser tab keeps its access key (and, for a shared draft, your unsaved answers) so a reload does not lose them; they are cleared when the tab is closed.

Uploaded plant photos

Photos you add to a facility questionnaire are kept with that questionnaire, alongside your other answers, for Peak kW's review.
